A critique entails a thorough read-through of your non-fiction book, novel or short story and is offered as a guide for writers who are unsure of the strength of their work. For fiction, comments within the ms will highlight any problems arising from the plot, the construction of the work, chapter length, genre suitability, characterisation and dialogue. Suggestions as to improvement will be included. For works of non-fiction the comments will concentrate on the quality of the writing, chapter length, and general construction.

A critique will also pinpoint (although NOT correct) any issues arising from poor spelling, grammar and sentence structure.

Assessment fee applies. Critique costs are based on total word count.
